2. About Autodetailer.com
Autodetailer.com is owned and operated by Wilson Auto Detailing LLC. We provide an online community, educational resources, and industry information for auto detailers and detailing enthusiasts across the United States.
3. Membership
Autodetailer.com offers two membership tiers — a General Membership and the 6 Figure Group. Membership terms, pricing, and access levels are subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to approve or deny membership to any applicant.
4. SMS Communications
Wilson Auto Detailing LLC, operating as Autodetailer.com, offers SMS text messaging in connection with specific services on this site. Consent to receive text messages is not given by agreeing to these Terms and is not given by submitting a form. It is given only when you tick a separate, unticked checkbox on a form that describes the messages you will receive. The checkbox is optional; if you leave it unticked you can still use the service and we will contact you by email instead.
For example, when you request a detailing appointment at autodetailer.com/book, you may tick a box to receive text messages about that booking: a confirmation of your request, your detailer’s assignment and arrival, a link to save a payment card, and replies to your questions about the booking. Up to 6 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
We run a second, separate text program with the professional detailers who apply to and work in our network. Consent for it is given only by ticking a separate, unticked checkbox on the detailer application at autodetailer.com/pro, never by submitting that application and never by agreeing to these Terms. It uses a different number, and covers the application, job offers, scheduling and coordination, and occasional news, promotions and offers from Autodetailer.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Ticking that box is never a condition of applying to or working with us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use Autodetailer.com and its community spaces in a respectful and lawful manner. You may not use this platform to harass, spam, or harm other members. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates community standards without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Autodetailer.com including text, images, logos, videos, and course materials is the property of Wilson Auto Detailing LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Autodetailer.com is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site or its content. Results mentioned by members are not typical and are not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wilson Auto Detailing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Autodetailer.com or its membership community.
