This page describes the text message (SMS) program run by Wilson Auto Detailing LLC, operating as Autodetailer.com, from the number +1 (737) 260-7274. It is published so that anyone can see exactly how we ask for permission to text, what we send, and how to stop.
1. What the messages are
We text customers about a detailing appointment they requested on this website. The messages are: a confirmation that we received the request, the name of the detailer assigned and when to expect them, a secure link to save a payment card, a notice when the work is complete with a link to photos, and replies to questions the customer asks about their own booking. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
2. How consent is collected
Consent is collected on the booking form at https://autodetailer.com/book, and nowhere else. The customer enters a name, email, phone number, address and zip, and directly above the “Request this time” button sees a separate checkbox that is unticked by default. This is the checkbox, reproduced exactly as it appears on the form:
The checkbox is optional. A customer who leaves it unticked can still submit the request and is contacted by email instead. Text messages go only to customers who ticked the box, and only about the booking they requested. Consent is not given by submitting the form, by entering a phone number, or by agreeing to our Terms of Service. We record that the box was ticked, the time, and the exact wording shown.
Consent is collected directly by Wilson Auto Detailing LLC for this program only. It is never obtained through third parties, purchased lists, or affiliates, and it is never bundled into any other agreement.

3. Message frequency and cost
Up to 6 messages per booking: the confirmation, the detailer assignment and arrival, the card link, the completion notice, and replies to the customer’s own questions. Message and data rates may apply according to the customer’s mobile carrier plan. Autodetailer.com does not charge for text messages.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT. You will receive one final confirmation:
autodetailer.com: You are opted out and will not get any more texts from us. Reply START to opt back in.
After that, no further messages are sent to that number unless the customer replies START.
5. How to get help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email [email protected]. The reply to HELP is:
autodetailer.com: We connect you with vetted mobile detailers in Austin. For help with a booking, email [email protected]. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

7. Your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our messaging provider, Twilio, transmits messages on our instruction only.
